HYROX is a global fitness race combining running and functional exercises for a full-body challenge, suitable for all fitness levels. Our program features four signature HYROX training classes:
Each class is designed to target a critical aspect of HYROX racing and will help prepare you whether you’re new to hybrid fitness or eyeing the podium.
Our HYROX program runs three days per week, cycling through all four class types for well-rounded training. In each session, experienced coaches guide you through a structured workout mimicking real race conditions, including the Roxzone transitions and signature HYROX stations (such as SkiErg, sled work, burpee broad jumps, rowing, farmers carry, lunges, and wall balls). You'll train alongside a supportive community focused on achieving personal bests and having fun.
