You’ll be participating in group classes utilizing the CrossFit methodologies outlined below.
At CrossFit Project Bayside, the Level 2 CrossFit Trainer (CF L2) standard is what we strive for all our coaches to achieve, and our gym is currently led by L2 certified trainers. Our programming follows the 64 Training system from New Zealand, ensuring a structured and effective approach to fitness.
Workouts can be adjusted in weight, intensity, and movement mechanics to suit the experience and fitness levels of every individual, whether you are a total beginner or an elite competitive CrossFitter. CrossFit is designed to be constantly varied, so every day offers something different to keep you engaged and motivated. The workouts focus on core movements that mirror real-life activities, blending the best elements of gymnastics, weightlifting, and overall fitness.
All CrossFit classes are coach-led and follow a planned progression, generally lasting around 60 minutes. Each session starts with a warm-up guided by a certified coach, followed by detailed movement instruction and demonstration for the workout ahead. Throughout the class, the coach closely supervises and provides corrections to ensure safe and effective technique, helping you get the most out of every session.
