Nick fell in love with the methodology of CrossFit first, then it became apparent he needed to make coaching work with his other career. He's easygoing, easy to talk to, and the kind of coach who makes a hard session feel a lot less serious than it is - in the best way.

Nick moved out of home at 15. While most kids his age were worrying about high school, he was figuring out rent, bills, and how to look after himself. It was hard - and it built something in him that you can't fake. Self-reliance, resilience, and the quiet confidence that comes from knowing you can handle whatever's in front of you. That's the foundation he coaches from.
Nick's goal is simple: help you realise how capable you are, and make sure you have fun finding out. He brings humour, energy, and a genuinely relaxed presence to every session - but don't mistake the chill for a lack of standards. He'll push you, he'll make you laugh, and you'll leave feeling better than when you walked in.
